Do you take insurance?
The Skin Real Serenbe is an out of network clinic that does not accept medical insurance. We provide transparent, straightforward pricing and care without surprise bills or prior authorization. We can provide a superbill upon request that you can then submit to your insurance carrier.
How does the membership model work?
Our memberships are designed around connection, not transactions. With longer visits, priority scheduling, and included procedures, your care is consistent and continuous. Annual memberships are best for proactive skin health with an emphasis on longevity and regeneration.
Where does Dr. Mina see patients?
Dr. Mina is licensed to practice medicine in Georgia. Patients can be seen in person at Serenbe, just south of Atlanta, or via telehealth if they are physically located in Georgia.
Do I have to be a member to see Dr. Mina?
Membership is encouraged for the best long-term results and access, but it's not required. You're welcome to see Dr. Mina for individual treatments or specific medical concerns, no strings attached.
Does Dr. Mina see Medicare patients?
Unfortunately, due to Federal regulations, Dr. Mina is unable to see Medicare patients for medical dermatology services at The Skin Real Serenbe. Dr. Mina can see Medicare patients for cosmetic and non-covered insurance issues however.
What kinds of concerns do you treat?
We treat medical skin conditions like acne, rashes, skin cancers, and precancers, as well as aesthetic concerns such as aging, texture, and tone. Care is comprehensive and evolves with your needs.
Is this clinic only for cosmetic issues?
No. We provide both medical and aesthetic dermatology. Whether you’re looking for preventative skin health or cosmetic treatments, The Skin Real Serenbe covers the full spectrum.
